These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReadyUp website and the ReadyUp mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by ReadyUp ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ReadyUp is a placement preparation platform. It currently offers IT Aptitude preparation (practice questions, timed mock tests, a daily challenge, and personalized performance analytics under "ReadyUp Intelligence"), with additional exam categories planned. Features, content, and availability may change, and not every feature is available in every region or on every plan.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials confidential
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • One account is intended for one individual's personal use; accounts may not be shared or transferred
  • You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Free and Pro Plans

ReadyUp offers a Free plan with limited access and a paid Pro plan with additional features (such as fuller question-bank access, company-specific mock tests, and advanced analytics). Current plan details and pricing are shown in the app. Where payment is required, pricing, billing frequency, and payment terms will be clearly presented to you before you pay, and separate payment-provider terms may apply to the transaction itself.

4. Company Mock Tests — Important Disclaimer

ReadyUp offers mock tests branded with the names of well-known companies (e.g. styled after common hiring-round formats). These use ReadyUp's own practice questions and are provided solely for exam-format practice. They are not real questions from any company's actual assessment, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sourced from the named companies. Actual hiring processes vary and may differ significantly from these practice tests.

5. No Guarantee of Results

ReadyUp is a preparation and practice tool. Scores, readiness assessments, and recommendations generated by ReadyUp Intelligence reflect your performance within the app and are intended to help guide your preparation — they are not a guarantee or prediction of your performance in any actual exam or interview, nor a guarantee of admission, selection, or employment by any institution or company.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute ReadyUp's questions, content, or explanations without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the security or timing mechanisms of practice sessions or timed tests
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to answer questions or manipulate your score, streak, or leaderboard ranking
  • Share your account, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others

7. Intellectual Property

All questions, explanations, branding, design, and other content made available through the Service are owned by ReadyUp or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service as intended, no rights are granted to you in that content.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service, or request deletion of your account, at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Service.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReadyUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
